| The rationale behind the "Show Your Objects" Night is to
have an informal meeting where BSUG members share experience on a particular
subject. The BSUG members are encouraged to bring their laptop computers to
demonstrate their programs and possibly pair program with other members.
Members that have nothing to share, but who like to hear stories from other members,
are also more than welcome. Formal presentations will not be given at the meeting. Interaction with
other Smalltalkers is the main purpose of the evening.
The topic of the second "Show Your Objects" Night is
Development Tools. Michel Tilman will demonstrate his analysis tool that
gathers run-time type and coverage information. If you have developed some
tools yourself, if you want to demonstrate some interesting tools in one of
the available IDE to users of others dialects, or if you want to discuss
what BSUG can do in the tools domain, come along and have your laptop ready.
The meeting starts at 18:00, but because of the informal nature of the
meeting, BSUG members are welcome to join in at any time during the evening. Sandwiches and drinks
will be served.
Entrance to the second "Show Your Objects" Night is free. |
