Aloan

System

Name of the system: Aloan

Name of the software producer (company): hIghQ

Short description of the functionality offered by the system:

Aloan is a loan manager application. It is capable of  monitoring different loans, including mortgage plan calculation and follow up.

RJV/ONVA gives out a number of loans to non-profit organizations. Before Aloan was developed, the task of managing and reporting these loans was done externally by a bank. RJV/ONVA paid this bank a serious amount of money each year for performing this service. RJV/ONVA received summary reports from the bank every 6 months.
The rest of the time RJV/ONVA didn't had any idea
on the status of payments and such. Now that hIghQ has developed Aloan, RJV/ONVA doesn't have to pay anything anymore to this bank and the numerous reporting facilities that are included in Aloan make it possible to get a clear idea on the financial status on a day by day basis. Developing this application was cheaper than the cost of 1 yearly fee for the bank service.
